See More Ways – Community Empowerment was established in 2026 by Rebecca Seymour and Vicki Seymour, a mother-and-daughter team with extensive experience in education, Non-Family Base Care, and community support services.

Rebecca Seymour is a proud Mitakoodi woman who is passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people. With over 14 years of experience in the residential care sector, Rebecca brings strong industry knowledge, leadership, and a deep commitment to creating safe, supportive, and empowering environments for young people in care.

Vicki Seymour brings more than 30 years of experience across education, school residential settings, and Child Safety residential care. Her extensive background has provided her with a deep understanding of supporting children and young people with complex needs. Vicki is passionate about creating positive outcomes through consistency, compassion, advocacy, and relationship-based care, ensuring young people feel supported, valued, and encouraged to achieve their goals.
